With a passion for finance, the ability to quickly identify the key business issues and a practical approach, he has a track record of growing companies through both acquisition and organic growth.
James has helped clients implement robust internal controls, improve month-end reporting processes and developed KPI analysis. He has recruited and developed finance teams to provide value added reporting. He also has overseas experience and has set up subsidiary operations in France, USA, Lithuania and Yemen.
