Katie is responsible for the Finance team at MPA, as well as overseeing the financial operations of the business. Her skills include monitoring and coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure financial targets are achieved.

Katie has extensive cash flow forecasting and reporting experience. Her understanding of financial performance and business operations has enabled her to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders so that timely decision-making can be made in response to her insights.

Ensuring compliance and that businesses meet regulatory and statutory requirements are key areas of experience Katie holds, as well as the coordination of auditing processes.

One of Katie's many strengths is her ability to collaborate and build trustworthy relationships with stakeholders across the business, especially when in business-critical environments.
