A qualified accountant with FCCA (Fellow Chartered and Certified Accountant) status, Rob has amassed significant SME experience across multiple sectors in a range of skills and disciplines, including:

• Strengthening financial oversight: Evaluating and improving internal controls, fnancial systems, and processes, including for an award-winning digital marketing agency
• Setting direction through analysis: Determining financial targets and developing successful financial policies and strategies, based on analyses, reporting, and planning
• Leading and running Finance departments: Heading up Finance teams, including at the Group level, covering sales ledger, purchase ledger, and cash book functions
• Acquisition, sale, and exit: Led the merger and acquisition of subsidiaries, to fuel business expansion into new markets and geographies; enabling business owners and founders to sell or exit the business for optimum returns
• Maximising funding and investment: Engaging with investors, banks, and funding bodies to strengthen cash flow and position businesses for carefully planned growth
• Board-level advisory: Delivering management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic guidance at the Board level, including to Lord Sugar and his advisors
