He has worked in eCommerce, technology, SaaS, fintech, financial services (bridge lending, market infrastructure, debt, equity, credit & derivatives) and consulting with experience of financial modelling, equity & debt fund-raising, M&A, target operating model design and investor, stakeholder & regulatory management.

He specialises in partnering with investors, CEOs & their management teams to define business strategy & target operating models, developing meaningful MI & controls and leading change to deliver the business agenda.

Mike has led fund raising & change programmes of up to £10m with experience of solving a variety of organisational, resource & budgetary challenges to deliver multiple commercial, operational & IT projects.
