From Audit to Senior Finance and Operational Leadership

Helen began her career in audit before moving into industry, where she took on senior finance roles within growing and internationally owned businesses. Her early industry experience gave her responsibility for end-to-end financial control, reporting, compliance, and close collaboration with senior leaders in the UK and overseas.

Over time, Helen’s role expanded beyond finance into wider leadership responsibilities. She supported international expansion, strengthened governance and reporting, and became deeply involved in operational decision-making, incentive structures, and strategic planning.
