Denovo Partners joins the EFM Network

Luton, 03 November 2017

EFM Luton (Outsource-FD Ltd) has completed the acquisition of Denovo Partners Ltd, a Cambridge based team of Financial Managers and Advisors.
Denovo Partners offer Finance Director services, with a support team capable of delivering Financial Controller, Finance Manager and bookkeeping services, including expertise in Xero.

Denovo Partners have a practicing certificate enabling them to provide Statutory Accounting and basic compliance Corporation Tax services, including R&D tax returns.

Denovo will continue to trade under the existing brand, while the two management teams will collaborate to provide a now broader range of services to our customer base.

Denovo’s principals, Dr. Adrian Parton MBE and Grant Hawthorne are now joining the EFM  network, along with Nick Tait, ACA who runs Denovo’s operations. Both the management team and the high-quality support team will provide a strong complement to EFM’s Luton team and offer a wider geographical reach.
